Pals HQ

One hero colour. One clear vision. Every detail designed to feel completely, unmistakably Pals.

The journey starts before you’re even through the door. Pull into the carpark and you’re met with a Pals welcome, pink, playful, and unmissable. Delivery drivers now know the building simply as “the place with the pink staircase.” That’s the kind of brand recognition you can’t buy.

But this is also a space built on real restraint. Not every corner shouts, soft pink touches sit quietly in rugs and accessories, while neutral furniture and a custom pool table give the eye somewhere calm to land, so the bold moments hit harder when they arrive. It’s a careful balancing act, bold enough to be unmistakably Pals, considered enough to never feel like a branding exercise gone too far.

Sustainability sits right at the centre of the story too. Rather than ripping everything out and starting fresh, existing furniture, joinery and structural elements were transformed, repainted, reimagined, and given new life in the brand’s hero colour. Every piece now looks intentional and bespoke, with no trace of where the “old” ends and the “new” begins, proof that doing right by the planet and creating something genuinely beautiful aren’t mutually exclusive.

The result is a space that performs every single day. Partners and visitors are met with the bar the moment they walk in, and it never fails to get a reaction.

Most importantly, staff say there’s a real sense of pride walking into a space that reflects exactly who Pals are and what they stand for.
